In the wise words of Chris Martin and Cold Play (The Scientist)
nobody said it was easy
oh it's such a shame for us to part
nobody said it was easy
no one ever said it would be so hard
I'm going back to the start
Injections started last night for Cycle number 12. This is only the second full down-regulated cycle I have done, the first being my very first IVF. But this time the new Doc has doubled my Pure.gon dose which could be interesting. I'm terribly worried about over stimulating but we shall wait and see, it could be the one thing that makes all the difference. I truly hope it is.

Sending positive vibes your way for a great cycle and even greater positive results!
I'm hoping and praying that No. 12 is the one that works!
I will be thinking of you and following avidly, as I've been doing -- but have been a bit of a lazy girl in commenting.
I imagine the new doctor must be seeing the situation with new eyes -- and there's always benefit in that I think.
The tip I heard about staving off OHSS was good for me: lots of protein drinks -- and gatorade...not very tasty but kept the worst of it at bay and I was mildly overstimulated...
fingers crossed,
Pam
I'm so hoping that the small changes make BIG BIG positive differences for you this time around. I'm excited that you're starting this cycle and I'm sending good thoughts and prayers your way :-)
Good luck... lucky #12 yeah?
everything crossed
